What changed

Stockify is newly observed in this Market Watch. Its official site lists a 13-asset Base B20 universe and an active dividend index weighted 25% each to NVDAc, AAPLc, GOOGLc and METAc. The distribution desk reports 317 settled cycles and $69,736.08 distributed to 328 eligible holders. The technical documentation lists deployed Base mainnet contracts, while the site footer still states 'Pre-launch. No STFY market is live.' GeckoTerminal, however, shows an STFY/ETH Uniswap v4 pool that has existed for roughly 13 days and displayed about $68,900 in 24-hour volume near the observation time, creating a visible status-update discrepancy across public sources.

Why it matters

Tokenized-stock composability is expanding beyond equity-price exposure, stock/USDC liquidity pools, collateral and carry vaults. Here, tokenized equities serve as direct distribution assets funded by the trading fees of a separate token. Stockify also describes an IndexFactory / IndexTreasury product that can route launch-derived fee streams into a fixed equity basket for holder distribution or into token burns. This provides an example of tokenized equities being integrated as protocol-revenue settlement assets rather than only as collateral or quote assets.

Evidence

  • Stockify protocol documentation — The technical documentation describes a Base mainnet ETH/STFY Uniswap v4 market whose 3% hook fee is sent to DividendVault, with 90% allocated to B20 equity acquisition and 10% to protocol revenue. It lists deployed addresses for the STFY token, DividendVault, FeeHook, Router and IndexFactory, and explicitly states that the code is unaudited. 2026-09-03T00:42:32+09:00
  • Stockify distribution desk — At observation time the desk displayed 317 settled cycles and $69,736.08, or 211.1 shares, distributed to holders. It showed 328 eligible holders, a 100,000 STFY minimum threshold, and an active index weighted 25% each to NVDAc, AAPLc, GOOGLc and METAc. 2026-09-03T00:42:32+09:00
  • Stockify official site — The official site presents a Base B20 equity-dividend model in which 90% of a 3% trading hook fee is allocated to the active B20 equity index and the acquired assets are pushed to eligible STFY holders. It displays a 13-asset B20 universe and a four-asset active index. 2026-09-03T00:42:32+09:00
  • GeckoTerminal — STFY/ETH Uniswap V4 Base — A near-observation snapshot showed the STFY/ETH pool at roughly 13 days old with about $68,900 in 24-hour volume and approximately 328 transactions. The page also displayed a negative liquidity figure, likely related to concentrated-liquidity accounting, so the liquidity number is not used as a reliable comparison metric. 2026-09-03T00:42:32+09:00

Limitations

Stockify is not a conventional yield vault and does not publish a comparable vault TVL or APY, so cumulative distributions are not annualized here. Holder-level realized returns vary with STFY trading volume, STFY price, eligible supply, index composition and B20 asset prices. The official documentation states that the code is unaudited, and the owner can change the venue allowlist, eligibility threshold and index policy. Holder snapshots may span multiple transactions and are therefore not always single-block atomic. B20 transfer policies and jurisdictional eligibility can affect whether distributions are receivable. The technical documentation and distribution desk indicate a live deployment while the site footer still contains a pre-launch message, and GeckoTerminal shows an active pool, so public status labels are inconsistent. GeckoTerminal also reports a negative liquidity figure for STFY/ETH; that value is excluded from this observation.
