This observation captures a new incentive stack in which Coinbase Tokenized Stocks are allocated into existing Superform/IPOR yield venues while Zyfai adds its own USDC and rZFI rewards. Zyfai is also promoting a Swap flow in which the Yield Account handles withdrawal, swapping and redepositing into the selected opportunity for another supported asset, extending tokenized-stock yield into an automated cross-venue reallocation composition.

Why it matters

Base tokenized-stock yield is expanding beyond individual vaults and LPs into higher-level allocators that compare and move capital among underlying venues. The headline yield is not purely equity-derived: it combines 9-24% underlying pool yield with a 10% USDC incentive and 1.68% rZFI reward, so underlying return and temporary incentive layers need to be evaluated separately.

Limitations

The up-to-35% APY is a Zyfai-disclosed headline. This observation could not independently verify current APY by individual stock, tokenized-stock-specific TVL, the total budget, duration or wallet cap of the additional USDC incentive, or the vesting terms and realized value of rZFI. Underlying yield includes rewards at Superform/IPOR venues and can change as the allocator rebalances. Additional risks and limitations include the Zyfai smart-account, agent and routing layer, underlying protocols, incentive expiry, and B20 issuer, custody, redemption and eligible-jurisdiction constraints.
